Please write more about yourself were do you live and how you fulfil your time.
There is few quite good organisation providing befriending services here in London. (OUT WARD ) is one of them. You can ask someone to refer you or even you could refer yourself by registering your interest to be visited by befriend.
Please look online in your area or ask the medical services, council services to get in touch with them on your behalf.
I hope it would be one of the option for you to socialise.
