Improving solo sexual experience for PWD

Hi,

I am an industrial designer looking to improve solo-sexual experience for People with Disabilities (PWD). I'm particularly interested in a 'hands-free' experience, targeting those with limited dexterity and mobility issues.

I'm interested to know what toy someone with limited dexterity would like, i.e. ****, ****, ect. If anyone has any information that you feel, may help the design ideation process it would be much appreciated.
