After being awarded 0 points at my husbands assessment we decided to ask the cab for help with his mandatory reconsideration, the man we saw was very nice and helpful and he said my husband should have got at least 21 points based on what we told him. He said to ignore the assessment results because they are never a true evaluation. The assessors hope that by giving nil or low points people won't bother to appeal. He also said don't expect the mandatory reconsideration to change anything. Our best chance is to go to tribunal. So here's hoping! Will keep you informed.
