hi i am getting standard rate pip am i allowed to go swimming as therapy for my lungs and arms

Welcome @6springpark @Sam_Scope as a very good point it is not clear for Sam to answer but in this area depending how your condition of your health the person to tell you if on medical grounds is your GP. Swimming is a great therapy for different issues it only be good but check with your GP first to be safe. If ok have a great time you will see the difference after a month.0
