I have posted several times on here about my pips assessor getting how my disabilities affect my daily life, in parts she lied in parts a complete misrepresentation, I am pleased to report that I have now been awarded enhanced rate for both components, thus was after I supplied rock solid evidence that what she said was wrong! Good luck to others who are fighting for their rights and thanks to the benefit experts on here who gave such good advice

Congratulations Kenny, that's great news! I'm glad you've had a positive outcome, though a shame you've had to fight for it like many others. I'm sure you're story will inspire others to keep on pushing when they feel they've been unfairly denied PIP.1

Congratulations, kenny! The assessors' lies only rebound on them as their credibility is destroyed in the eyes of tribunals.1
