in Start here and say hello!
A publisher in the USA was initially interested in my book "The Jigsaw of Reality" but withdrew their offer when they realised that it was about the UK. It is two thirds complete and covers a life of unusual experiences, such as escapes from death - I have been dead two times..I doubt if it will ever make me any money, and can easily give up the task of completing it.

    Welcome to the community. 

    So is it an auto-biography? Have you tried finding a publisher in the UK?

    If you can't find one, perhaps you could self-publish? Seems pretty easy on Amazon: https://kdp.amazon.com/signin

    Thanks. I may try amazon but I wanted to upload it to the Scope site for comments.( I can no longer find the correct page any more). I despise all UK publishers and refuse to have anything to do with them The Americans published four of my books but then PublishAmerica folded. I took it as a sign to abandon this writing project but thought I'd have a last stab at publishing after completing the last third..

    Print on demand sites like Ingram Spark might also be worth considering.

    Was just looking at your pieces on Deviant Art (here in case anyone wants to take a peek)- they're really good and certainly very original. How do you go about creating them, if you don't mind me asking?

    90% of my work is in batik, which makes it unique in style, but i combine this with artwork in acrylics or pen&ink or lino-cut prints and then alter them  using a simple system like Microsoft's..
