newly diagnosed with fibromyalgia and support available

I have had a recent diagnosis with fibromialgia and have had bilateral hip replacements and a revision from early onset osteoarthritis and I suffer with migraines and fibro fog too... what support is available in my community to support my condition as I work full time and have a family.
