Hi @Rebekah73, please contact the DWP to find out why you have not the appointment for the assessment yet.
They seems to overlook your case (they did this also to me between 2014 / 2015) or you can cause directly the assessment centre to find out what is causing the delay. Previously the assessments were carried by Atos Healthcare by Maximus took over and they seems to pick up on delays which were caused by change of contract between the medical agency harried for DWP.
Now Maximus is caring the medical assessment for DWP please contact them directly on https://www.chdauk.co.uk/
Hope you will find solution and get your date.
Enjoy your weekend.

Hello. I think it's definitely time to start the complaints procedure - this is an unacceptable delay! You can call 0800 288 8777, and they will send you a complaints pack, or you can email them and ask them to deal with your claim immediately: [email protected] Use the time before your assessment to ensure that you are familiar with the points system for ESA, and try and get some useful, supportive evidence. The Scope helpline and benefits calculator can give you some excellent information about preparing for ESA assessments.
Good luck!
