The number of people going to court to try to win back a key disability benefit is expected to continue to rise this year, a leaked letter seen by the BBC suggests. We follow one woman who took her case to tribunal.

On the Victoria piece this morning it said that PIP appeals are costing the taxpayer £1 million a week! Yes, DLA to PIP is saving the taxpayer a fortune

I can't say I'm surprised.
They wanted to cut 20% (I can't remember if that was 20% of the DLA bill or claimants) - sounds more lik they've spent 20% more at least.
