Hello @DannyMoore, I'm sorry to hear that you are having a hard time with your epilepsy.
I definitely think that you should pursue the matter with your GP in order to get a referal to neurology as soon as possible BUT I am not an expert in the field, so I would recommend Epilepsy Action who have local support groups and certainly will be able to offer some support an guidance. You can find a support group near to you by following this link.
I would also recommend phoning 111 for advice or of course 999 if you need urgent support before, during or after a seizure.

I had severe migraines a few years ago & my GP sent me up to A&E to see the Neurologist on call. My GP phoned the Neurology department for advice whilst I waited in the GP waiting room & they asked me to A&E. I wonder if there might be something similar in your area?
