i am 59 I have heart failure and arthritis in both feet and a bad back

I not 100% certain but believe DLA has been replaced by PIP ( personnel independent payment) if you google PIP on line it should tell you how to make a claim. Make certain you have all your medical info to add to the form you send back to the DWP. Good luck

Dogfather is right. DLA doesn't exist now for people aged over 16. You now have to claim PIP.0
