I have suffered from chronic depression since I was 21, I am now 52. Two years ago I was diagnosed with bipolar2. PTSD, and anxiety. I have good days and many more bad days. I do as much as I can on good days, and mostly nothing on bad days even getting up or washed and dressed is hard. Unless you have suffered the same people And especially Atos do not understand the daily struggles. Mental health problems are just as bad as physical but as they are invisible nobody cares.
