Just been to tribunal today to appeal against PIP decision. Was successful and would recommend an oral hearing as was not too stressful. My partners assessment was carried out 3 days after leaving hospital having had a total knee replacement was doped up on morphine kept nodding off but assessor wrote she was fully coherent. The lies in the report were unbelievable and how these can be classed as medical pofessioals is beyond me.

Hello @SCOTTY66 and welcome to the community.

Congratulations on the successful appeal, and the feedback on your experience.

Sadly the experience of your partner seems to be the norm rather than the exception.

As an individual I stood alone.
As a member of a group I did things.
As part of a community I helped to create change!
