    Hi Briony01,

    if you're asking about getting a decision after an assessment, we've heard that this is taking longer than it should. It may be more than a couple of weeks before you hear, which does seem ridiculous.

    Others will be able to share their own stories. It might help if you say which benefit you're waiting to hear about, and whether you've had the assessment.

    I'd consider complaining if you haven't heard after a few weeks.
