Hello @Pebbster87  and welcome to the community.

I am not aware of any grants, however there are a couple of options which you might want to consider. Help to Buy, and Shared Ownership. For more information and to see if you eligible see https://www.helptobuymidlands.co.uk

    Hi @Pebbster87,

There aren't any grants available to help you buy your own home. There's some help through the Help to Buy scheme but not grants.

If you have a deposit and you've had mortgage offers this sounds quite promising but as you say, until you apply for it, you won't know if you'll be able to get a mortgage for sure.

There's really good information about Mortgages on the Money Advice Service website with some tools and calculators to help you work out the best way forward.

If you need further advice, let me know.

    Best wishes
