f2f pip assessment and had 2 panic attacks so she stopped the medical

Oh I've had my f2f pip assessment and think I failed.i got lupus fibromyalgia and a foot held together by pins plates incontinance and ptsd .they seen the pain I'm in.i had 2 panik attacks there. the assessors fault ,so she stopped the medical .1 week after f2f I was attacked by my mental next door neighbour and had to get blue light to hospital as my foot broke .2 operations and just over a week later I'm still in hospital .I have informed pip what has happened .I could not walk too much on my foot before my surgen has told me hes not confidant ill be able to walk on it again even after 12 weeks of heeling.will I have to apply again as I don't have any proof released to give pip as I'm still in hospital and my ot said I can't go home untill some aids ie rails ramp piper life line are put in place ..feeling worried they do no the hospital I'm in and surgan name plus ward ..do they follow this latest info up and I'd so what happens now

Hi @rachelgosling welcome to the community - you need to let them know everything, don't assume that they will find these things out. Make notes and gather evidence, or see if someone close to you can help.
Im sorry you are having such a tough time, I think you need to call them and find out exactly where you are in your claim.
We have lots of support and information but you do need to know where you stand with them.0 -
