Hi @tipper welcome to the community, I have moved your post over to the EHCP category where I hope you can get some support.

    Hi @tipper

As Independent Supporters, our role is to provide information about Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) so I would not be able to comment on what your son's needs may be. However, if you apply for an EHCP, as part of this process your son will have his needs assessed and this would provide an idea of what needs to be in place to support him. The report from the psychologist (is this an educational psychologist?) will also give you and the school more information about what exactly he finds difficult about learning and how this can be addressed.

If you decide you do want to apply for an EHCP, you can find your local Independent Supporter through the link below
