Tribunal postponed

My pip tribunal has been postponed one week before my hearing for my epilepsy claim.  They gave no reason, but I phoned and was told that the doctor was unavailable but couldn't give me another date.  As you can image I have been upset, but surely they can't do this and just wondered if it could go to Upper Tribunal for them to make the decision.

    Hi @Pet,

Unfortunately this does happen from time to time. You have been unlucky, and although I appreciate that this doesn't help your stress levels, try not to get angry with the Tribunal, as they are independent and it's best not to think of them as an enemy as this can affect the way you give evidence on the day.

Your case will now be at the front of the listing queue, so a new date should come soon.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

    Mary
