Hi Folks,
I am Jaylouise and I am a disabled older lady.  I suffer from various complaints...spinal, arthritis etc.  
I'm taking Pre Gablin on 550 daily....
The only real problem I find besides limited walking is the weight gain...It does my head in...
Enough of the moaning I am really quite upbeat.  I play several instruments including the Guitar and the Uke.
I've two dogs JD and Rocco...
I think that's about it ....

It's amazing that you play the uke and guitar! I play the drums (sadly, not as much as I used to because I'm so busy nowadays) and I'm slowly teaching myself how to play the keyboard.
