Sister was made redundant. ESA have refused claim saying she's capable of work. What can we do?

she would go mad knowing im talking to you but i need help and advice for her.shes 48 clinically obese,has IBS,anxiety,depression,loss of hair but majorly abnormal cartilage growth in her neck causing migraines and sickness.she was made redundant 9 mths ago after 17 years work.esa have refused saying shes capable of work.what can we do.

I'm sorry to hear about your current situation and the problems you have been having with your ESA claim. Have you asked for a Mandatory Reconsideration (MR)?

thank you.i will.she has just turned 48 ! doctors said 40.im so proud of her but im scared after 17 years of work shes given up as she cant get another job.she will die

plus they have stopped her esa as shes fit for work ??? she has to wait 6 weeks for uni credit,which means losing her car and hasnt seen chyro on her neck for 6 weeks.and her ibs

she tried but as she can walk 10 meters and answer phone.she can work.they said apply for universal credit but she has sick notes on yearly basis
