Read me! Motability and Blue Badges

Hi Hannah thanks for your advice.  When i went to my knitting group i spoke to 1 of the staff and he offered to check for me and asked for my ref no.  He rang through & came back with the information to say that the were't starting the October ones until the beginning of Oct.  Since then i have received confirmation they will renew it.  I followed their instructions for making a payment and have received a receipt and told it should take about 3 days.  So i am hoping it arrives before 22nd Oct.

I am relocating from York to Birmingham n my blue badge is going t my York address along with my elec charger stuff as I've recently got a motorbility car I'm in a sticky situation trying to find accom over in Birmingham as don't feel safe in York I've handed in my notice on the York property on 11th Oct so I duno what to do I don't know how can I change my address to a Birmingham address so the badge can come to Birmingham n if one has already been sent to York address will I be able to get another one sent T birningham thank U xx
