was only in there 10 mins @ Matilda some one from dwp was also there judge asked was i just appealing the care said yes she said is it the 2 points you after said yes she then asked dwp if he agreed i should get it he said yes as i had taken more evidence from dr xx0

Great, @nannydebbie, that your Hearing was so quick. At my Tribunal they grilled me for 30 minutes - but allowed my appeal in the end!1

as dwp was there at court and agreed for me to get care part and backdated will i get this in next payment due next week tia0

Not likely. Normally takes DWP 5-8 weeks to put a claim into payment following a tribunal decision. It is a good idea to ring them and make sure they have a copy of the decision on their system

Unfortunately DWP are quick enough to take money from your benefit/s, but not quick enough to pay you what you're entitled to!!1
