Hi, I need support both mentally and financially , Can anyone help me i am so lost

Hi All

I have just joined this community , as i have being on sick since the beginning of July this year , I am still awaiting support for PTSD . Does anyone know of a support group i can join ,as i am finding it difficult at the moment to  function . Also I am currently on my last payment of contractual sick pay from the NHS and will then go onto SSP . My question is does anyone know what other support financially i can claim.
