Hello sonshine and welcome
We have many members with Fibro, I am sure some may have suggestions for you.
My prefered method is a hot tub with six young models

Hi @sonshine
A very big welcome to you to our online community!!!!
Do you have stiffness in your joints????
It's ok as I worked in a NHS rehab centre for over 10yrs.
They used Botox to loosen the patent's joint's which worked really well.
Please please let me know if I can get you some info ????0 -
