Having CP is certainly no walk in the park, it is at worst PAINFUL and at best a bloody inconvenience. But if you have it as I do, get stuck in LIFE, be the best you can possibly be gang, we are UNIQUE and SPECIAL People = FIGHTERS one and all. I recommend getting into sports as a RELEASE. I chose Judo and became a British SN Judo championship medalist but it does NOT matter which one YOU pick, have a go it is FUN and good for you.
