HELP. BEEN OFF SICK SINVCE 6TH JUNE. WORK HAVE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ME. DOCTOR WON'T GIVR ME EITHER

Can't get sick note or fit note off doctor. Consultant took 3 months to write inconclusive assessment even though was paid to do it by my employers.  Desperate for money. Am 50 yrs old. Been ill 19 year s . Nearly died this year. Been to food bank and free lunch for first time ever this week...begged money off everyone I no but have run out of people...HELP
