Hi ,I am having to move bexcuse of ASB, bullying and intimidation, I am bipolar and it's been dreadfull, I am trying to get help with moving costs and first weeks rent,i have been refused budgeting loan,discretionary payment,any advice what to do as I need to move but haven't got the money. ?
