Hello I am appealing to a tribunal because I have moved from dla for life to pip and have been awarded less because of the assessment lies and am confused like so many about planning and following journey
I have been unable to use buses for 40years due to panic attacks. I bought a car in order to be able to work for 30 of those years but since having breast cancer and a heart attack am no longer able to go out on my own which apparently means to the department that I can now use buses???? This is devastating as I will be housebound even the assessor's report state that my car is my safety zone! I don't know how I will manage to get to the tribunal it made me Ill just getting to the assessment and feel like giving up but the decision has made me so angry thanks if you read this

Hello Swalty and welcome
So sorry you are going through this alas it is a common tale
What stage are you at with your appeal ?
Although it is always best to attend your tribunal there are other optons.
It is possible to have your hearing based on the paperwork alone
In some cases it may be possible to take part via the telephone

Thanks Cockney rebel I feel sorry for every one going through this and welcome support. I have not filled in the former yet but am so grateful for this site. I probably will attend tribunal cos it takes months and I may feel better. I am not as badly done to as a lot of people but the policy of getting "rid" of the disabled is disgusting it should be renamed Personal Limitations Payment which is more honest thank you again
