Just found this site through facebook, wish i had known about it earlier. I lost my DLA in February this year, due to new PIP coming in. I applied for PIP had f2f, was turned down (scored 2 points), asked for mandatory consideration, turned down again, it went to tribunal and i lost that.

Hello magsy and welcome
If you have no award in payment you can make a new claim straight away
It is important to understand the points system, descriptors and criteria for an award. PIP is about functionality rather than condition.
A good place to start is the B&W self test

Have a look and also there is lots of info on here
