Hi All, I currently live in private rented accommodation, I have been diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder this is progressive and I am constantly in pain and am finding it increasingly difficult to get upstairs, I have been visited by an OT who has arranged for a swivel seat for my bath and had my furniture raised to help with standing, she has also informed my local council (I have applied for social housing on medical grounds) that I should not have more than 3 steps in a property and that I would benefit from one level accommodation, I have today heard from the council that they have refused my application despite all the evidence I have supplied them with - what can I do now - sorry this is a bit long winded0
