i live in wehtersfield essex and i am a ptsd n partyly disabled person my mum and me have moved to essex in Aug 017 its hard to get help with form filling i dont drive its hard for me to get around i havent spoken need help with forms and the right people as the moment im stuck in the house having to rely on family

yes I moved here since aug dwp have made a mess up of my esa still getting paid but it should have been three years the mistake they never read the medical evidence only esa form I was a volunteer for ealing cvs and permitted work of my ptsd got bad I couldn't do any more ealing cARERS WROTE a letter and gp as well its been over looked I haven't heard from them since aug 2nd

i phone dwp said they got the information and still waiting for a response from the people who make changes as I'm listed as i have listed surave disabled person
