Hi @Sam25ten
Welcome to the community, have you heard of the charity Headway? They are the brain injury association and may be able to offer you some support.
We are a friendly community here, so do take a look around, you can find the latest discussions here or look through categories here.Scope

@Sam25ten Just saying hello and welcome. I have not had the physical trauma that you have had. At 66 - getting SO old now
- I do often struggle to remember things and I may understand to some degree how worrying memory failure is. I hope you find appropriate help.
This is a link to the brain injury association, 'Headway' that @Sam_Scope mentioned.
