    Hi @dnyaningwe
    Hello and welcome.

I am not sure what you are saying.

if you think you have sleeping you could go and see your doctor.

There are many reasons that someone could not be sleeping right including simpler things like drinking a lot of drinks with caffeine in like tea or coffee. Drinking to much alcoholic drinks. Or even what medicines you are taking. Other health conditions like chronic pain could also cause you to keep waking up.

Even noises from neighbours or to much light in through a window from street light may keep you awake. The amount of sleep that you need can vary from person to person and how old you are.

So if in doubt see your doctor.
