Memory and Sleep Problem

I live in Plymouth Devon.  I am male I have a bad memory problem. and I can't sleep. Neville

    Yes my friend I have also got bad memory following my Stroke.

    Mind you I have no problem sleeping.

    My Problem is waking the following day!!!!!

    I'm in Sunderland and I have had very poor sleep patterns and my memory is poor. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in nov 2017. Hope this might be your answer

    Hi @Jazzguitar, sorry to hear about your memory and sleep issues. Have you tried talking to your GP about your symptoms?
