Esa - supplementary allowance

Hi trevordenny. To help you properly we would need to know what you mean by 'supplementary allowance for one year'....that's not a benefit name I'm familiar with, but I only work with benefits in England and Wales. Could you give us a bit more information please, including which country you're in?
