Having been just made aware of this through your link I have just read the information and I'm confused. Does Universal Credit mean I will have less to live on? These changes are seriously stressing me out and I'm already having sleepless nights with the SMI benefit stopping.

Welcome to the community, Universal Credit is a worry for many people right now. There is lots of information here about UC but it is hard to say if you will get less without knowing your full circumstances.
