Recent PIP interview question - who monitors your CP?

Am I out of touch? Migrating from DLA higher rate to PIP the interviewer asked who monitors my cerebral palsy? I do not think in my 62 years anyone was ever designated to do this - symptoms get referred to whoever may best help. Has anyone else ever been "Monitored?"

From what I have seen, there are no adult CP specific consultants. Do you see any other doctors?Scope

@helpathand I see this question as something the assessor has made up due to lack of knowledge of this condition. Most assessors are young with much lesser qualifications than our own Doctors and many posts have mentioned their lack of understanding of certain conditions and some they haven't even heard of.
