Finding work

Hi, one of my adult children has high functioning autism and at the age of 25 is still unable to get a job. She has applied and been turned down before she even gets her foot in the doir. She has worked in a voluntary capacity at a factory making preserves with other disabled adults but this is not something she feels she wants long term. She would love to earn money and not have to go to job seekers. She is so keen but suffers from depression due to inability to find paid work.

I am an adviser at Scope's Support to Work. It sounds like your daughter could really benefit from coming onto our programme. Please do get her to register with us online here:

We look forward to hearing from you and having your daughter on board!

but with all the experience I have as a company manager and all the tech available, I feel I can use my experience to work from Home even in this position. Obviously I cannot do physical work, but I can use most tech needed to work on.
my main question is I need ideas as what I can do and how to find the people to contact etc, I just feel stuck as how to get going.
Any advice or help will be very much appreciated.
thanks
Tony
