Hi - I am happily married and live with my wife in North East England.
I have suffered with Osteo Arthritis from the age of 25. I am registered disabled and no longer work.
I presently have had both knees replaced, left hip replaced, pins in both shoulders, cage in lower spine, toes on each foot broken and re set.
Still require further operations, but have nothing but praise for the NHS concerning my treatment and care.
Sadly I cannot say the same when it comes to the Benefit system. I don’t want to express my comments publicly, but still require expert advice in the very near future.
Maybe I will be able to get some advice via this site?
Look forward to sharing views and experiences in relation to disability/welfare issues.
Regards
Paul
