Hi Rach77
Like yourself my partner won his appeal back in April 2017 and sadly we had to give SOR the dwp then found a reason to ask for it to be relooked at and as it stands now almost a year on we are waiting to here from the upper tribual been with the judge almost 7 months now and still no answer to the whole thing it 20 months since they stoped the dla with us we have been told the cant take the PIP away it seems its one point they are picking on by the time it gets sorted we will have to reaply for PIP as it was only awarded for 3 yrs
Try not to worry and hopefully the dwp will just pay you out and keep us all posted on how your getting on x0
