Hi, @SoniaJaneFazz and welcome to the community.
Not recognising Usher Syndrome I looked it up on NHS Choices, where it seems to refer to it constantly as 'deaf-blindness'. Does that make sense?
A quick look around brought me to a couple of links for potential support, (though I'm aware you may know of them already) including https://www.sense.org.uk/ and https://deafblind.org.uk/about-us/
Sense is recommended on the NHS site.
So, you're here and you're among friends. Tell us more about yourself and, if you can think of anything we might be able to do to help and support you, just let us know
Warmest best wishes to you,
