Will they use previous evidence when i get reassesed for esa / pip, will i lose my benefits,
As i still have same psychiatrist, gp, Also now have support worker, will they just use new evidence, im worried??

Any reassessment for PIP or ESA will start with slightly different processes. PIP may well approach you depending on whether you have already converted from DLA etc. ESA will send out an ESA 50 questionnaire. You may then get asked for a face to face in either instance.
They will look at and use the evidence you provide and they obtain. I don't see the relevance of a past carer. Why do you think it might impact?
