Hi I have been off work for over 12 months with Wengers disease. I have been refused ESA they scored me a zero and said I need to look for work or refer to my employer? However my employer and their occupational health are saying I am unable to return to work. I am being treated with chemotherapy at the minute for this disease but have no income and relying on my husband' pension to get by. Can anyone help me ???I don' know what to do or where to turn

You must ask them to reconsider or appeal. You really should see an advisor or CAB. Hope someone on here can give you better advice. Good luck.

Hi emmasmummi.
You can call in at a jobcentre any time they are open.If they are unable to see you at the time just ask them to set up an appointment for you to discuss your difficulties.
