Could not get all the information from Doctor I needed for tribunal .So rang up records dep at my local hospital .They are charging me 30 pound for all my records so pleased. SO FOR ANYONE LIKE ME WHO DID NOT KEEP LETTERS PLEASE GET THE EVIDENCE
