How will pension affect my housing benefits?

hi I'm due to get my pension on 21st may this year ive already been told I will lose some money having a claim for carers allowance but will I lose my housing benefit and poll tax benefit

Depends entirely upon your other financial circumstances. State pension overlaps with CA so you usually get the higher of the two. However, you will retain an underlying entitlement to CA so your HB should still include the Carers Premium.
As to what happens to HB/CTR more generally that would depend on the income/capital of your household as a whole.
