would anyone know how long it will take for a paper appeal for PIP take

Now that we know that your first enquiry is about PIP, it is likely that your post will be moved into a relevant forum. For the moment you might want to have a look at the following: https://community.scope.org.uk/categories/talk-about-pip-dla
In the near future I know that others will be along who know more about it than I do and will respond accordingly.
My not knowing a lot about PIP doesn't mean, however, that I am not 'here for you' in any way I possibly can be.

I have had cancer two times and now am in my 4th year being clear.... but i do get depression and anxiety and when i i got told the second time in 2013 i had cancer again i did try to end my life. but with the med am on now helps me a lot. i have sent in dr letters explaining all this. which i should of done when i applied for pip.
