Do people on ESA who live on there own pay council tax

I am on ESA live in a flat I have to pay council tax out of my benefit does anyone else also pay

    I have to feed myself cloth myself pay water rates pay for heating and Lecky council tax

    We ALL have to pay for what we use ourselves
