I drink both but no caffeine after about 4pm as it would keep me awake all night. I tried a red bull once years ago, omg everyone thought I was on drugs I was bouncing about for a couple of hours. @thespiceman dandelion root coffee has no caffeine in it either or nettle tea, both of which you can gather yourself
