Hi @jblackmore
The community has a benefits advisor that you could talk to
Also, if you have a look on our 'Support and Information' section and scroll down the page, there is 'Check your benefits' this section gives information on not just PiP but other benefits too! Also, it has a benefits calculator to work out what you could be entitle to.
Hope this helps!
Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with

Hi, @jblackmore, and welcome to the community.
Ami and I are not experts on benefits, but there are experts working here and I have no doubt they will be in touch with you soon to find out more. The benefits calculator Ami referred to is here: http://https//www.scope.org.uk/support/disabled-people/benefits/check?_ga=2.119995149.405444417.1517054923-1832321402.1513208436
And anything you can tell us about your present circumstances would be of help.
Warmest best wishes,

Hi jblackmore and welcome
PIP is a non means tested benefit and can be paid whether you work full time or not
In the first instance , have a look at the B&W self test

Oh I'm sorry didn't know there was two parts I think I'll have to ask my daughter to do it for me I'm not very good understanding forms0
-
no problem
You need to score at lest 8 points for either section
The first 10 desciptors are for daily living .standard rate = 8 points
The last 2 descriptors relate to Mobility standard rate = 8 points
I hope that helps

Hi I received my assessors report today for PIP it's seems they have only awarded me 8 points does anyone know if this means I'm entitled to the standard rate and can the dwp decision maker go against the report?0

Asking the same question on multiple threads gets confusing.
