Hi I'm Tony. I have had my top rate of the Mobility portion of PIP stopped. This means i will lose my car.
I rang Motability to ask if i could keep my car whilst my appeal is waiting to be heared .They can only help me if i can give them the date of the appeal hearing. Is there a telephone number i can ring to find out this information as i only sent the appeal forms off last week .
I am dreading losing my car as my independence will be totally gone, and ill be virtually housebound .
Thanks Tony

Hi Tony and welcome
If you are talking about a tribunal appeal then you need to contact the clerk of the court that you are allocated to.
